The site is not recognising the access code provided by my literature.

If you are already registered with MyWellbeingDiscounts and are attempting to login again but the site is not recognising the code you have input, this may be because you registered using a different access code. When you login, you must use the access code you originally registered with. You can only login using the same email and access code you originally registered with, or you will need to register a new account.

What is my login reference?

You will be able to locate your login reference via your Aviva literature. 

What discount am I entitled to?

The level and type of discount will vary from offer to offer. In most cases details of the offer will be listed in ‘The Offer’ section within the provider’s listing. Some providers may require you to contact them to confirm the current offer. The discount is applied on todays membership options and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

How much will my membership cost?

This depends on the gym you join and in some cases the length of contract that you select. Please speak to the gym in order to obtain up to date rates. Should you have any questions regarding your membership terms please speak to your gym, the MyWellbeingDiscounts team are unable to resolve any membership T&C queries.

I am already a member of the gym, can I still get a discount?

Most participating gyms allow you to transfer an existing membership across to the current MyWellbeingDiscounts offer, based on todays rates. Some may only apply the discount after your initial contracted period comes to an end. Please be aware that a small number of gyms only waive the joining fee or provide the first month free, as such this offer is only applicable to new joiners. MyWellbeingDiscounts discounts are not available in conjunction with other offers. Please contact the membership team at your gym who should be able to help.

Is the discount available to my family?

The majority of participating gyms extend the offer to partner. Usually a partners is deemed to be an individual who lives at the same address. Please check with your gym as T&Cs may apply. Vouchers are not valid for re-sale.

Can I have a free trial?

The majority of participating gyms offer a free one day trial as part of the offer. To obtain your guest pass please speak to the gym you wish to visit.

How do I join?

You will be instructed to join online using the discount code provided or download and print your gym voucher which entitles you to the discount offered. Please read the information on the voucher which will give specific instructions as to what to do next. A member of the gym team may contact you to arrange a visit to the club. You need to present the gym voucher to the gyms’ membership team on your first visit.

 


You may be required to show proof of your Aviva policy.

The gym I want to join is not on your list, can you contact them for me?

Yes of course, once you’ve conducted the search, if your gym is not listed please submit the details by clicking on ‘Invite a Gym’ on our contact page - please ensure you are logged in to find this in the menu. We will do our very best to enrol the gym and get a discount for you. This can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months depending on the gym so please bear with us.

How do I redeem a retail discount?

There are many ways to redeem a retail discount from codes, to private URLs with the discount already applied. Please view the offer instructions carefully.

My order hasn’t arrived, who do I contact?

For all retail purchases, please contact the provider directly.

I can’t redeem the discount, what can I do?

In the event an offer isn’t working, please go to the Contact Us page and the team will be able to assist.

What terms do I agree to?

All memberships purchased are done so under the terms and conditions that your chosen operator defines. Please be sure to read and understand your membership agreement and any minimum term and cancellation requirements that apply.
In the case of a retail provider, you are accepting their own Terms and Conditions.
